Leduc Kanata Gymnastics Club offers a variety of gymnastics classes for all ages. Gymnasts must be the prerequisite age by the start of the first class. Please note that any participants under the age of 6 must have an adult at the facility during the class time.

Wee 1's

Ages 12 months to 23 months (30 mins) (no fundraising required)

Parent, child,and coach explore gymnastics with games & circuits.

Please note: this class is one on one participation. Due to insurance restrictions, no other children may be in the training area, nor can they be unattended in the facility. This includes infants in carriers or slings.

Parent & Tot

Ages 2 to 3 (45 mins)

Sometimes it’s hard to know who is enjoying this program more as parent, child, and coach work together exploring gymnastics through games and circuits.

Gym Bugs

Ages 3 to 4 (45 mins)

Meeting friends and having FUN are an added bonus as Gym Bugs start exploring gymnastics without their parent. Under the watchful eye of their coach, gymnasts will use the gymnastics equipment to learn gymnastics basics. Must be potty trained.

Gym Kips

Ages 4 to 5 (1 hr.)

Swing, jump, roll, balance, and smile. Gymnasts will never be bored using all the equipment in the gym to develop fine and gross motor skills, basic gymnastics skills, and flexibility.

CanGym Badge Program

Ages 6 & Up (1 hr. - 3 hrs.)

The CanGym Badge Program, used across Canada, develops skills, strength, and flexibility while progressing through a series of gymnastics badges. Each badge builds specific gymnastics skills and increases the flexibility and strength of the gymnast.
